Air Dryers
Adsorption air dryers, which work with the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) principle, are also called silica gel dryers, chemical dryers, or desiccant dryers. They are used in pneumatic equipment, paint shops, points of product contact or risk of contact in the food industry, medicine. In the industry, the dew point temperature of the compressed air used in valuable equipment such as laser cutting gains great importance. In these applications requiring high quality air, dew points at -20, -40 and even -70 ℃ may be requested.
* In gas type compressed air dryers, which use coalescing filters with 1 micron pore diameter at the inlet and 0.01 micron pore diameter at the outlet, the Inlet Filter is used to protect the evaporator exchanger inside the device. The Outlet Filter is used to protect the evaporator exchanger inside the device. It is used to ensure the desired air quality.
