D75-D150 Air Cooled Models

*AIR COOLING SYSTEM
The most suitable air cooling system maximizes the cooling effect and ensures that only unheated ambient air passes through the coolers with full reliability at high ambient temperatures of the equipment. Air cooling simplifies installation and eliminates the installation and operating costs of cooling water systems. Reducing the final discharge temperature reduces the loading and component sizes of the air handling equipment at the system exit.

Variable Speed Technology

The highest efficiency inverters of a range of variable speed D-Class compressor models are available to customers with contemporary and easy-to-use touch screen technologies. Adding a variable speed compressor to any installation with standard compressors allows the compressors to use exactly the right amount of energy, matching the air output exactly to the requested value, eliminating the need for further energy savings.

Energy Recovery

CompAir D-Class air-cooled compressors use temperature relief of cooling air to provide ambient heating to existing additional systems, reducing heating costs. D-Class water-cooled compressors can configure water for use in production processes or heating, depending on the factory, with cooling water outlet temperatures up to 85 ℃.

Highly Reliable Control System

CompAir's microprocessor-based compressor management system simplifies operation and enables instant status assessment. The system includes multi-purpose control, status monitoring, protective control and remote control facilities. Considering that many electrical sources are prone to irregularities; A protection relay is installed against reversal, phase imbalance, phase failure and phase reverse.
