The moisture carrying capacity of the air that is subjected to compression in the compressor increases due to its temperature. Especially in regions with hot climates, compressed air reaches very high temperatures and needs to be cooled depending on the point of use.

By means of Hiross Hyperchill Aftercoolers, the compressed air is reduced to temperatures where it can be used more efficiently, and up to 80% of it is separated from its condensate during this cooling process. There are water or air cooled models that work on the same principle.

Aftercoolers used before compressed air dryers guarantee more efficient and stable operation of the dryers installed after them.
